Everywhere we turn we are part of a group – whether it be our family, friends, lovers, work, or the whole human community. In them we have an opportunity to explore and understand all of the things we experience in life and discover more expansive ways of being.
In this ongoing weekly process group led by Ann Bradney, members learn and engage in Core Energetics techniques as well as Radical Aliveness group process . This process offers an opportunity to be part of a group that is aware of its interactions. You will learn how you affect others, and be able to try new roles and behaviors in order to expand your life and improve your relationships.
Join others in a supportive, challenging and alive environment to work on relationships, power, authority, roles, and your connection to self and others.

This community night is devoted to deepening our heart connections through energetic exchanges in the large group and in duos. By accessing our body sensations and feelings we become aware of our essence and our truth. Playing with contrasting qualities like freedom/limitation, stability/mobility, light/dark, allows a fuller spectrum of feelings to be expressed and to be shared—thus creating closer more honest relationships. Come and experience what it feels like to create a container in which everything is accepted and where we can bring our whole selves to the party! No prior experience needed – all are welcome.

When you are open to all of your feelings, connected to your strength and your truth, and unafraid to know anything about yourself — this is Radical Aliveness. In this state you embrace your creativity and see life in all its possibilities.
Created by Ann Bradney, the Radical Aliveness approach engages participants in a unique group process that welcomes powerful feelings and dynamic group interactions. Standing in the way of your own aliveness are the chronic patterns you formed in your past in order to survive. In this weekend workshop we will engage in body-based Core Energetics techniques and exercises in order to free these frozen feelings and history that no longer serve you. This work helps you reconnect with deep parts of the self that you disconnected from as a child. It uncovers the power and goodness at the source of your most destructive patterns. It leads you to connection with your deepest essence.
As you release blocked energies, you will be able to create authentic connections with others while uncovering the power and goodness at the source of who you really are. Through the Radical Aliveness process individuals are supported and become able to step into their own authority in order to become influential leaders who are present and involved in the world.
In this workshop, you will work individually and in groups to understand, transform, and release the past as you deeply explore, experience, and express your blocked and held energy. You will work on your relationship to yourself and explore relating to others in radically alive ways. You will find what stands in the way of your full potential for life.

Join Patricia Haman, mind, body, spirit, energy practitioner, in this fifth evening in a series of interactive workshops at Mystic Journey.
Everything in life is relational, our cells relate and communicate with each other, our bodies communicate with our real selves, and we communicate and relate with each other. So, what does all this mean? Is there a way to relax into relating with our selves and each other in ways that really work?
Join us in exploring the concept of “mirrors” – the idea that we can only perceive what is within – in order to better understand and improve our relationships. In this workshop we will integrate the body-based process of Core Energetics with specific “Toltec” principles concerning relationships. You will practice and learn how to utilize the concepts of “mirrors” and “emotions” in order to interpret messages and guidance. Learn this esoteric system that will support you in taking in the “unknown” around you, and making this experience useful information in your everyday life. This can greatly improve your relationship with the world around you and increase your sense of joy and understanding.

Radical Aliveness Leadership Training for Members of Beyond Words

In this workshop Ann Bradney will work with Jewish, Palestinian, and Arab Israeli women leaders. The work will focus on teaching the women Radical Aliveness tools and techniques to create a safe and supportive environment for the strong feelings and voices to be heard and held. The women will learn skills for working with group dynamics in order to strengthen bonds, and techniques for creating an environment where pain and grief can be expressed, experienced, shared, and transformed. The intention of the workshop is to teach these leaders how to use deep truths and feelings to generate peace both internally and in the sociopolitical realm.

Lower self is the potent, destructive energy we harbor as a result of childhood wounds. Mask is the false or idealized self we present to the world in order to fit in. When you can learn to hold a space where conflict and challenge are welcome because they serve as doorways to fresh insights, that’s also radical aliveness.
This workshop is designed for established or emerging leaders—therapists, businesspeople, community leaders, health care workers, ministers, educators, social activists, and other professionals who want to learn the principles and apply the techniques of Core Energetics and Ann’s Radical Aliveness approach to bring more charge and creativity to their work.
Participants will work with blocks to leadership, facing conflict head-on, and opening to the unpredictable energy of life. Everyone will be encouraged to lead, take risks, be emotionally honest, shed personal agendas, and help build a dynamic group process where every member is an essential part of the whole. There is a state in which you are fully alive, authentic and spontaneous. You are open to all of your feelings. You are connected to your strength and your truth. You are not afraid to know anything about yourself. This is radical aliveness. In this state you embrace your creativity and see life in all its possibilities. Standing in the way of your own aliveness are chronic patterns formed in your past to survive. These live as frozen feelings and history in your body and no longer serve you.
Radical Aliveness draws on the tools and techniques of Core Energetics – a powerful body-based process that works with somatic energy. This type of work is able to free the frozen feelings and history in your body by working with the blocked and held energy. It helps you reconnect with deep parts of the self that you disconnected from as a child. It uncovers the power and goodness at the source of your most destructive patterns. It leads you to connection with your deepest essence.
Come to an exciting week of discovery. You will work individually and in group to understand, transform and release the past as you deeply explore, experience and express your blocked and held energy. You will work on your relationship to yourself and explore relating to others in radically alive ways. You will find what stands in the way of your full potential for life.
This work is powerful, respectful and cathartic. An interview is required for admission.

This workshop has been created by request and is designed for people who have participated in two or more Radical Aliveness Weekend Workshops or Retreats. The intention is to create a space where, those who are experienced in this work, can hold each other and support each other to do the deepest work desired. Come to this end-of-the-year two-day workshop to go deep, be alive and let go. Come and change your life!
Pre-requisite: previous participation in two or more Weekend Workshops or Retreats with Ann Bradney
